A. The agency is open from 8 am – 5 pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time).
VRS is open 24 hours / 7 days.

A. An interpreter is on call after hours in Genesee, Lapeer and Shiawassee Counties for medical and legal emergencies. Appointments after hours can also be scheduled by calling the agency.
